I used this company to clean my furnace last year as I bought a new home, but it was vacant for a year so I thought it needed to be done. I found them on google and thought the price of the pkg's they were offering were a good deal. The guys that came were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing and it cut down the amount of dust I saw there after, so I am satisfied.
I purchased a property from Stepper Custom Homes last year. I think the value has increased since .This is my 4 or 5 th time I have purchased from Builders vs. buying a used property. Stepper is definitely one of the better quality builders and having more unique designs. I am almost at the end of my 1 year cosmetic maintenance. I have to say the after service has been great. We had a few minor issues and Stepper representatives are friendly, cooperative and set up the contractors for service quite quickly. I would definitely purchase another property from them in the future.

We used GRANITEWORX to replace our coutertops this past summer. Two very large/long countertops a computer station and a place for keys in our mudroom. The salesman was knowledgable, courteous and the selection they have is amazing.Their interactive big screen tv allows you to imagine how what you like will possibly look once installed. They have an entire warehouse to walk through and more slabs of granite and marble outside.We feel the price was competetive. They are a busy company and the time of year we had it installed factored in to a little longer wait though.
Contacted company recentlyto do an electrical installation and they are prompt,knowledgable, efficient and provide great service. I have utilized their services multiple times and they will also provide service on short notice if required.They are also reasonably priced.
They built our new house in Airdrie and we are very happy with them. They sub-contract to quality trades who are professional and experienced. The follow up service is excellent and we have had no issues. We would use them again.
We hired them to build our new house in NW Calgary. We ran into issues with Vinyl siding, countertops, driveway, fireplace mantle, hardwood floors mosty with workmanship. We have been in the house for 2.5 years and are still dealing with issues from the first yr warranty. I have used other builders and they are by far the worst.
