We decided to use Penguin based on the previous ratings and a personal recommendation. From day of consultation to finish Penguin and all the employees did not disappoint us. From the suggestions of layout to the décor aspect , to the construction and clean-up Penguin was professional. The builder's app and timeline were helpful. All issues (few) were dealt with in such timely manner. We now have a finished basement my family can enjoy . Thank you to Guy, Walter, John, Amy , Rick and all the employees of Penguin!!
