Following installation of three windows in our master bedroom, we would NOT recommend this company nor product based on the details below. Service: Our initial discussions with the sales rep were encouraging and professional. He was able to answer all questions as we shopped around for new bedroom windows. After signing the contract and paying our deposit we learned very shortly thereafter that the salesperson had been terminated. The original agreement was to provide our windows within 8-10 weeks (sometime in November 2023) from the contract date (September 7, 2023). Clera informed us they had to come and remeasure as they werent confident in the salespersons original measurements. After a series of back and forth calls to figure out who and when someone would come, the remeasure was completed in late September. The windows were installed April 9, 2024 and we had to contact Clera four times in the eleven days leading up to the installation date asking for their arrival time and site preparation details. Rating: poor Quality of Windows: Although the windows seem fine, time and weather conditions will tell as to the actual quality of the product. The look and feel of the windows is inferior and less solid than the builder windows they replaced which were 24 years old. Note that sales process we were informed they had no sample windows for us to look at as their head office is in Vaughn Ontario. In hindsight, this should have been a red flag for us. Rating: mediocre Installation: The windows were installed by a company contracted out by Clera - i.e. not Clera employees. The four-person installation team was polite, however the quality of installation was poor. - One piece of interior trim did not fit properly and was replaced with another piece which still didnt fit perfectly but they did the best they could. We need to putty and repaint part of the wall. - The finishing details are poor -example - messy puttying nail holes on the trim - The new windows and jambs/sills are dirty inside and outside and were not cleaned by the team - as they are above our garage we will need to climb on the garage roof to clean properly so we can adequately inspect for scratches on the glass - They replaced a set of three rectangular windows and the bottom of the centre window is not aligned with the two flanking windows - it was installed approximately .25 higher than the other two windows - At least two areas on one of the window jambs are damaged - one punctured by a finishing nail and one section gouged in two places - vinyl is damaged Rating: poor

We are thrilled with the stunning kitchen transformation that has occurred in our home. OVK worked closely with our general contractor to provide results that are beautiful and delivered on budget and on time. This large project was completed in 10 weeks and we are very pleased with beautiful look and workmanship evidenced in the final product. Thanks to the OVK team for a job well done!

For this large reno in our home, we turned once again to Cory and his team to provide their meticulous services. From beginning to end, Cory led us through the project making great suggestions along the way. When ‘surprises’ arose, we relied on Cory’s experience and recommendations to overcome each one - although here weren’t many. He is focused on meeting his client’s expectations at all times with respect to timelines and budget. We also rely on Cory’s recommendations on reliable products and service providers - he hasn’t steered us wrong yet! This large project was completed in ten weeks with great coordination and collaboration with the cabinetry provider, to provide us with our dream kitchen just in time for Christmas baking! After 17 years in our home, an unexpected bathtub leak led us to contact Done Right Renovations - our 'go to' renovation professionals. Within an hour of our call, a representative from Done Right was at our home to scope out the work. The tub and surrounding components needed replacing. After consultation with Done Right, we decided to replace the tub with a glass-door enclosed shower stall - a solution more appropriate for our two teenagers, the primary users of the bathroom. From there they provided a detailed estimate, references to hardware and tile suppliers they deal with to get additional discounts, and suggested a few great design ideas along the way. They removed the bathtub, all of the builders tile etc, beefed up the underlying support structures, and transformed the space into a glass-door enclosed shower stall worthy of a magazine cover. They started the project on time, arrived bright and early each day, worked diligently throughout each day of the project and cleaned up spotlessly at each day's end. You won't be disappointed - they truly do get the job Done Right!
