I have been dealing with CoolFlame Heating & Cooling for the past two years. My experience has been beyond excellent. Dwayne is extremely honest, knowledgeable, helpful, down to earth, and affordable. I am currently living overseas and renting my home and rely on him for any furnace repairs and maintenance. His prices are very affordable and his diagnostics and troubleshooting is very honest. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for HVAC maintenance, repair, or replacement. The furnace at my house is a Goodman that was installed by the previous owner. This brand is known to be a bit touchy. Dwayne troubleshooted it perfectly and didn't even charge me for a repeat call during this process. He and his company are excellent!
