Work Order number 287284. Elite Appliance gave us a 3 hour window when to expect the repair technician. He called an hour before expected arrival time to ask for permission to arrive early. Upon his arrival he diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately replacing a thermostat in our drier. Upon completion of the repair he took the time to explain exactly what he did and also to explain some features of our drier. We were very pleased with the level of service and will not hesitate to use Elite Appliance for our repairs in the future. G.Silliphant Scarborough, On
