I have called the company 2 months prior to moving to close my account. I received the next bill and was billed for the next quarter. Have called the company to complain about the bill, no success. Very bad customer service. I paid the bill but prorated the amount. I received a bill the following month to pay the balance plus added interest. Isn't this crazy. want to bill me even when I moved out.
