We couldn't be happier with our new front yard. Our house now has fantastic curb appeal, and is the envy of our neighbourhood. Roman was wonderful to work with, and had many good design suggestions. We will definately use BCH Landscaping again for any future projects.

P&P did a full renovation of our basement. This included a new bathroom with tiled shower, glass shower doors, exhaust fan, vanity and floor tile. The remainder of the basement included the partial removal of a load bearing wall and insertion of a support beam in order to open up more living space, which was a key requirement for us. They replaced the existing drop down ceiling with drywall and potlights, and in the process also replaced the electrical panel in order to handle the increased power demand. In addition, they replaced all doors and trim, built a new closet, built a new stair railing, painted all walls, ceilings and doors, and installed new carpet throughout. Prior to the project, P&P provided a full detailed schedule of the work they were performing, with milestones for each week. They showed up for work EVERY day on time, worked through the entire day, and were able to meet all of their projected target dates. Their crew were friendly, courteous and professional, and offered many good suggestions during the reno, such as re-routing duct work in order to minimize bulkheads, re-locating water shutoff valves to a more convenient location, adding specialized potlights over the vanity due to space constraints, etc. I am amazed at the amount of work they were able to accomplish in just over 4 weeks! We now have a basement that we are very proud of, and could not be happier with their work. We will definitely consider P&P again for any future renovations!
