We called in a few contractors to do epoxy coating on our garage floor. Some of the contractors looked like they were going to use the Home Depot Kit and charge me around the same price as garage living. However, as their team worked from 8am to 330 pm they sanded down the floor, fixed my cracks, filled the holes, and now the garage looks beautiful. The material and sealant they used is like non other. Everything just wipes off easily and I find myself spending more time working out in the garage than inside the house. Very professional team and if you call them for advice on how to maintain or if your adding things on top of the floor, they guide you how to do it right!

Ordered a door for a playroom, installation was done well. This needed to be a custom fit and Closets By Design did a great job in installing and rectifying an issue I had. Christina was great in handling the issue! There was a problem with the interior colour of the door, but the solutions that were provided by her team was very thought out and professional. If you’re thinking of going with a general contractor, just know you may have to call Closets By Design to clean up their mess! Get it done right the first time.

Phantom Screens took about 3-4 weeks from purchase date to install. At first the colour of the screen was incorrect, but they came back with the right colour after a few days. That was awesome because there was no trouble or issues at all in getting the right colour. Their most prized possession is their installer Mike. He's completely professional, did the installation above and beyond my expectations. He gave some sound advice on how to maintain the door and provided some lubricant. However, his work is super clean, everything was installed correctly, and he made adjustments where it was needed. Please Phantom Screens Company, take care of Mike the installer. He honestly made me super happy and the work he did was immaculate.

Professional from the start. Tom came in and gave a big book of references, gave me an education on how it works and how it settles, and what material is needed for the best quality work. I got a bunch of quotes from other companies who were much cheaper, but if your ready to pay $20k on shotty work, pay the extra $10-15k and have Patterned Concrete do it right. They use a number of professional manpower to complete the work, it is insane how well they work together. Also, the individuals who completed the woodwork and the shaping of the concrete were highly skilled. They took pride in their work and were passionate about it. Trust me when I tell you, these guys love their jobs and that is why I hired them. Thank you for the great work, you guys are awesome, especially your woodworker and concrete shaper.
