We chose Penguin for our basement renovation because we were impressed with quality of materials they use. Their tradesmen were experienced and skilled and did an exceptional job. Thanks to Juliano our project manager, as he was always available to address any of our concerns. Although there were unexpected delays, they were minor and eventually addressed. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end result.

Thanks for the positive and understanding review Rich. We try and minimize the impact of delays wherever possible as they remain an unfortunate byproduct of a GTA-wide building boom putting strain on personal and product availability.
