AMP550 in Calgary

Took my money and RAN! Mine was a simple fix, broken pin on the thermostat. Sully first suggested it was the solenoid then a new control board. NEITHER of which was the issue. I discovered myself that it was a bent pin on the thermostat, fixed it and was working. He put back my old control panel and all of a sudden my thermostat (which was working) didn't work (it appears he didn't connect the thermostat). Forcing me to purchase something I didn't need. Not only that he gave me a 'new' thermostat which was defective. He also didn't re-connect the Humidifier. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY.

We had an aggressive timeline which Tanner and his crew were easily able to achieve. He was one of few contractor's who actually came to the house to do the quote. This naturally provided us confidence and helped to develop early rapport. With several contractor's working on our basement there is normal overlap in work (IE HVAC installed bathroom fan even though Tanner quoted to include install of fan) Tanner showed flexibility which we appreciated. His suggestions based on previous experience (# of pot lights, outlets for TV and internet) all were welcomed feedback which we followed. Now that our basement is complete we are thankful we did. Also appreciated their light natured approach as a reno can bring upon stresses. Fantastic work - thank you again!

We embarked on a basement development obtaining 3 quotes for drywall/mud/tape/texture... Of the 3 quotes Max was one of the few that could provided start to end service (insulation through to texture). Admittedly my timeline was aggressive (5 weeks) and my attention to detail was only exceeded by Max's, who made sure all items that were important to me were addressed - during and through the project. His crew is professional and completes work at a high quality that easily makes them a desirable partner to have had on our project. Also appreciated the light natured approach and humor as projects can have naturally underlying elements of stress. Thanks Max to you and your team - fantastic work!!

Our hot water tank was 12 years old and it's heating function was not optimal. The customer service rep at Pete's was knowledgeable about the tanks specs (size, brand, serial #, FHR). Taylor was here on time and completed the job within 1.5 hours. My wife and I had additional questions and he walked us through the tank's features, his installation process and suggested maintenance. Great experience, would recommend!
