Removal of old eavestroughing, install new with the T-Rex gutter guard. As well redesigned downspout placement for better diversion of water away from house and incorporated a diverter for a rain barrel. Alex is hard working and conscientious in how he approaches a job. I had a bit of tweaking needed in one area and he was quick to respond and provided a solution. Site clean-up was excellent. Kovar contracting (Alex and Jason) are very good with their communication in responding to requests and answering questions. This was the second job done for me by this company.

The house is a back split and had water issues where the roof meets the siding. Turns out step flashing was a mess, no wall flashing along with wonky siding. Called a number of contractors but Jason at Kovar was the only company that did not try to up sell me...to do more work than what was required. That's integrity. Jason's communication and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Alex worked tirelessly to get the job done to an impeccable standard and his troubleshooting ensured no water or critters will enter this home in the future. Kevin's corner piece to have vinyl and aluminum siding meet up seamlessly was great as it eliminated a more extensive job. It was a pleasure to deal with each of them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

TEAM - this company has a very cohesive team working for it. From sales, to estimate, to floor rip up, to install, to operations. Each and every individual with this company was professional, extremely helpful, pleasant to deal with, even when issues arose with the job site. An old house has its quirks. It was the installation of 1100 sq. ft. of engineered hardwood but before that happened the original flooring had to be ripped out. Everything was done on time and site was kept clean. Can't say enough about this company. Highly recommend to friends and family. Very pleased with results and service.

After receiving several quotes for an exterior door I chose to go with R.A.M. Home Improvements. Why? Competitive pricing and a company that was open to considering alternatives - recycling a window insert that saved me $$$. Ray was also very pleasant to deal with. I liked that he was open to answering all my questions. Once the contract was in place and door ordered from the manufacturer Ray was here to make the install and did it in the time he said it would take, site clean-up was excellent. He did have some challenges with an old house quirks but he figured out a solution. I am very pleased with the price, service, product & installation. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
