They were on our street servicing a neighbor, we approached to explain the issue we were having and they did not hesitate to assist us, when they couldn't fix the problem they took the time to contact the manufacturer and get the advice needed to complete the repair. They then came back and fixed the issue and kept us updated. It was disappointing to learn that the issue was covered under warranty but there would still be labour costs, understanding that's not your issue it's the manufacturer. The gentlemen (Dan and Paul) were both clean, professional and helpful during the entire service experience.
