Our Artesian Spa had been leaking about 3in of water a week for several months. I was given Paul's contact information by a friend-of-a-friend who had been very satisfied with his work. Paul came out and inspected the tub. I was given an estimate on the work involved and the expected costs. All seemed reasonable so I gave him the Go-ahead. A few days later, Paul arrived and performed the repair. Happily, he was able to save a few hrs labour, savings of which were passed on to me. This was a difficult repair due to the location of the faulty valve and the outdoor temperature (i.e. below zero). The job was completed and, to date, the new join has held properly. I was extremely pleased with the repair, as well as Paul's professionalism and attention to detail. Needless to say, I am happy to recommend him to others!
