Experienced an issue with loss of power to my swim spa. Reached out to Complete Spa and Pool after a Google search (had no prior experience with or knowledge of them). Paul from Complete Spa was quick to respond (on a Sunday evening to boot). Communication was quick and clear and the appointment was set for within 48!hours of my call. Paul was friendly and thorough. After some diagnostics he quickly identified the cause and recommended a solution. The pricing was reasonable and Paul had quickly gained my confidence that he knew what he was doing. The repairs were completed within 30 minutes of giving him the go ahead. My experience was great and while I hope I don't need them again for a while, when I do, I know I'll be calling Complete Spa and Pool. I definitely recommend contacting them for your hot tub or swim spa servicing needs. Thanks for the responsive and great service!!!
