Purchased a new home from Andrin in phase 1 of Hillsborough in East Gwillimbury. From the beginning the process has been smooth and enjoyable. We went early and had a wide selection of lots available to choose from. The sales centre staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the entire purchase process. We dealt specifically with Joanna and Sydney who are both very professional and personable. We had the pleasure of working with Anne on a few structural changes to the house and she was very accommodating with our requests. There were some things that just could not be done, but she suggested work arounds and even sketched out a proposal to the architects for us. I have friends who purchased Andrin townhouses in Cathedraltown and they all have great things to say about the builder. One thing that impressed me most was the willingness to be up front about prices and timelines. Our original closing was scheduled for Sept 2017 but has now been delayed till January 2018. While this may be viewed as a negative thing, I appreciate the delay instead of a forced closing like some of the other builders I have heard about in the Newmarket area. Keep up the great work Andrin Homes, and we cannot wait to move into our new house!

Installed an air conditioner and humidifier unit with High Efficiency cooling & Heating in 2014. Charlton went out of his way to come over on a Sunday night to provide a quote and his prices were very competitive. He was able to beat the lowest price for the same a/c unit I received from several companies at the fall Home Show. After listening to his suggestions, we went ahead and signed. Installation was performed two days later and the results were great! The technicians were very careful to mount the unit to the exterior brick as close to the fence line as possible without crossing into the neighbour's yard as the fence was not installed yet. The Carrier unit is quiet and provides ample cooling, and the in line humidifier we installed works perfectly. After 3 years, the unit still works like new and we have not had reasons to call for service. We would highly recommend Charlton and High Efficiency Cooling & Heating! Give them a call and get a quote, you will not be disappointed!

We purchased our first home back in Dec 2012 with Primont. At that time, the area east of Donald Cousens Pkwy was just farmland with very little development. We were able to complete our Decor appointment in Jan 2013 with Brenda and our house closed by Aug 2013. No home closes without outstanding issues, but the customer care team at Primont was exceptional in addressing our issues. Mike, the onsite service rep (I would even go as far as calling him THE service manager) was always available to come in and address minor issues I had. There were also some items that were forgotten from our list of upgrades but the customer care centre was able to have the issues resolved with their contractors within a week! During our first year, we experienced a leak in the roof due to a massive ice storm and ice backing up over the shingles. I was lucky enough to catch Mike driving by in his truck and he came in to inspect the issue. He promptly scheduled a service call for us with the roofers as well as replaced a door frame and door in our master that was water damaged. I have been nothing but impressed by the attention to detail and genuine care from Mike, and the rest of the Primont team. After almost 4 years in our first home, we have sold it to move into a detached but I will always have great things to say about the builder, and the quality of our townhouse. I hope these pictures from our listing do it justice! Keep up the great work Mike and team, and remember to treat all your customers the way you treated us, like family. Ciao!

What an absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Friendly and knowledgeable, with very fair prices. We installed new flooring in our townhouse to cover the main floor and second floor hallway. Sheila came over one morning with samples and provided the best match for our existing staircase. She also did a quick inspection of existing railings and baseboards and provided expert advice on how to match the new wood. On the day of installation, Brodie and Chester completed a carpet removal and installation in 8 hours and the results were fantastic! Colors matched perfectly, and the trim was level with all existing edges. Baseboards were installed perfectly flush. We couldn't be happier with the end results. Just purchased a new home and will definitely have flooring installed by Canada Hardwood again.

The Mr. Potlight team was excellent! I called to request a quote and to schedule an appointment on Thursday Jan 12, and John was able to fit me in for the next day as there had been a cancellation. John's brother, Mohammad, along with Jonathan and Naveed promptly arrived at 8:30, ready to work. They were friendly, professional, and extremely non-intrusive. All the surfaces including my carpet, counter, furniture, etc were covered with drop sheets. The LED lights they installed blended perfectly with a few existing halogen lights I had installed with my builder. Mohammad even helped match the trim of my halogen lights so everything would look perfect. I was very impressed by the quality of work, and the results were fantastic. I will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend to others.
