Our neighbour had called to let us know we needed to have a roofer come out to take a look at our roof, before we had more serious problems inside the house. We called 2 other roofing companies before calling Integrity Roofers. One company gave a quote without even looking at the roof (very unprofessional) and the other company quoted much higher to do the same work as Integrity Roofers. Shay Barat (CEO of Integrity Roofers) personally came out to assess our roofing requirements and provided a quote after reviewing the condition of our roof. He took pictures of everything so we could see for ourselves the damage and what needed to be replaced. Shay is very thorough and experienced in his field. Shay explained everything that we needed and why it was needed. He had samples of shingles and videos showing us how and where and why changing the air flow in the attic would help for better ventilation compared to the existing ventilation and at the end of the day, a cost saving benefit to us. He also provided additional insulation in the attic. Our experience in dealing with Shay and his employees, including the workers that came out to do the work, we found everyone was very polite and professional. After the work was completed, Shay came back to make sure that the property was as clean as they found it. I would highly recommend Integrity Roofers as they are very professional and hard working.
