We chose Arctic Vinyl primarily on the strength of very positive and compelling testimonials from several of our neighbours who had recently replaced their windows with Arctic Vinyl. I do not recall ever moving forward on a major purchase with so much confidence. We are very pleased with our new windows and I am happy to report that Arctic Vinyl definitely lived up the high expectations we had. Our interactions with Arctic Vinyl personnel, without exception, were always pleasant and uncomplicated. The three-man installation crew was polite, professional and very efficient. Giantview Construction recently completed a backyard interlocking paver patio for me. A vegetable bed and a raised flower bed were included in the project. My initial and ongoing point of contact was Claire who turned out to be an absolute joy to work with. Mr. Lin and his crew worked meticulously and steadily for the entire duration of the installation. They paid very close attention to grading and after one rainfall and washing the patio with a hose, I can confirm that the grading was extremely well done. I observed the crew taking great care in laying down and preparing the foundation for the slabs. The joints were evenly spaced and the slabs were lined up perfectly. The crew cleaned up the job-site quite well before leaving. We have received many compliments from neighbours who have seen the finished product. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work that was done and I unreservedly recommend their services.

My laundry tub faucet was leaking and the supply lines to the faucet did not have shutoff valves as they were not installed by the original home builder. I asked Nick from Van-Horne Plumbing to install a new washer-less faucet and install shutoff valves. The work was done professionally in all aspects and I am very satisfied with the work quality and the price. Nick communicated clearly and he was on time, courteous and respectful. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. This is the second time that I have used Van-Horne Plumbing's services and I will definitely call them for my next plumbing job.
