My work order# is 278532 on january 16th 2016 larry one of your techs came to my house to repair my newly bought microwave. His promptness as per the time he said he would be there to his fantastic customer service - he explained everything that was wrong w the product as well as told me what he was replacing. Kind polite he was, keep up the great work.
