I had a pleasant experience dealing with SWAT Widlife. The lady on the phone (sorry did not catch her name) was very pleasant to speak to. She booked us in on the same day, and gave a good summary of the procedures and details. Johnny arrived right on time, got some information from me and went right to work to locate the issue. In no time he was able to find two openings that squirrels were entering from and provided me info on what needs to be done, as well recommendations on other areas that could be sealed optionally without any pressure. What made me really happy was that he was courteous and put on plastic shoe covers when entering the house, without me even asking for it. Many contractors i've had in the house wouldn't even care, so this was definitely a plus. He installed the one way trap doors quickly and that was that. Now I will wait for the critters to leave the house so that they can come back to seal the areas completely. Overall the experience with the staff was very nice and I highly recommend them to anyone
