My condo unit needed faucet replacements in the kitchen & bathroom. Of all the (many) businesses I called, not only was John quickest to reply, he also offered the best quote. In today's internet age, he clearly understands that a good first impression means everything. After setting up the appointment, John showed up in a punctual manner. As other reviews have stated, he is very polite & professional. He did the work quickly and thoroughly, explaining everything in an easy to understand manner. The new faucets look terrific, and they operate very well! There was a bit more work required than originally anticipated, but he was kind enough to stick to the original quote. Much appreciated!
