Called Mr Rooter after house had suddenly frozen while I was gone on vacation. The following day, Brandon was assigned to my house, and I'm glad they sent him. Brandon was very friendly, respectful, and efficient. He was thorough in his walkthrough of my home before, during and after the work he was doing, making sure everything was in order before he left, which made me very confident that my home was finally back to how it was.
