Came highly recommended by Adjuster. Didn't adequately supervise day laborers which resulted in damage to our property. Anything not properly cleaned or repaired or any damage they did was deemed a "pre-existing condition". Spoke to rep from this company the day we signed papers to hire them. From that point on, they never returned our calls or emails & would only speak directly with the Adjuster. When problems arose and and we got nowhere with them, we contacted the Adjuster. The response was "Well, you hired them...."????? All in all, it was a HORRIBLE, STRESS FILLED EXPERIENCE!

Punctual? - Excellent, Quality? - POOR, Price? - Approx. $10,000, Timeliness? - Fair, Follow up? - Excellent Lip Service, otherwise no help at all. Submission must be at least 30 words, but I can't think of anything relatively nice to say about this company.

Our tenants built a small fire in the woodburning fireplace and it quickly got out of hand. We immediately contacted St. Albert Chimney Sweep for a quote to replace the wood burning fireplace with a gas unit. The team at this company worked with us to ensure a timely and cost effective resolution to our problem. We would highly recommend this company for it's attention to detail, excellent customer service and terrific end result. This is one stop shopping at its best!

Thanks to a house fire, we required a company that was WETT Certified to inspect the fireplace. Unfortunately, the damage was too extensive to fix and we required a quote for our insurance company. Because we prefer to shop locally, we contacted St. Albert Chimney Sweep. Not only were they less expensive than their counterparts, but they were also phenomenal with respect to the work they did and the customer service provided by Shannon in the office. We would not hesitate to refer them to our friends.

We needed an air purification system installed on our furnace. While good customer service seems to be a rarity these days, it was refreshing to call CVM and speak to a lovely lady who not only set up a convenient appointment time, but that she was also familiar with the product we were looking for. Gus, the installer, arrived on time and performed the installation with ease. He was also kind enough to check the local codes to ensure that our furnace was installed correctly. At no time did he attempt to pressure us into buying something we didn't need or want. Since our encounter with CVM, we have been waiting to hear another company say "How can we make you smile?"
