I needed to find an animal removal company quickly, found many, including Gotcha Wildlife. After speaking with several of them, I called Ken back as he was incredibly helpful and patient in describing the method of removal and advised he could come out the very next day. When I met Ken, he was prompt, professional and fast. He also advised me that I had internal damage to the duct pipe that required to be repaired as soon as possible. Not only did he take the time to explain what needed to be done, he also offered to repair the damage when he returned to remove the one way door and install the exterior vent cover the following week. I was very surprised but nonetheless most appreciative that he went over and above the scope of his service. Ken arrived the following week, completed the work externally and internally with such professionalism and efficiency. I was so incredibly impressed.
