I bought my new fridge from home depot, i have a problem with the freezer part and tried to contact with Samsung. Samsung send elite appliances to fix the job.The technician was nice and polite he diagnose the problem correctly and order the part he replaced the part after few days and problem was fixed. Second day we notice that no light bulbs working for the lower part of the fridge as during replacement or fixing the seals the bulb switch seems damaged or stuck. I tried to contact with Elite they told me to go again through Samsung and generate another work order for service for me its surprising and bit frustrating as i have to go through a long process again what i understand Elite appliances send you a text message and expect you to accept it without any choice and if you are not able to make it you are again in Que. I tried to contact the call center the response was not very good rather then facilitating the clients the lady told me we have no other options or i should wait longer Its bit frustrating g for me and I regret on my choice for buying Samsung if they cannot manage after sales. cell number 647 657 9081.
