We have a 3' dining extension and I found a pile of "dirt" in the corner one morning. Upon investigation this dirt was moving so I called my pest control man. On examination he was able to pull the baseboard off and the dry wall disintegrated. We had a hidden slow leak showing black mould on all of the beams. I interviewed three restoration companies and chose Restoration 1. The extent of the damage was worse than we thought. The whole extension had to be rebuilt, including new skylights and flooring. The contractors were so Professional, expert, wise team members and went above and beyond to make sure we received the best service possible and were are thrilled with the final result. Val

These guys are terrific. They email to remind you of the date. They phone before they arrive and let you know what time they will arrive. They are on time. They do a terrific job. Will have them back for sure.

I called Knight Plumbing after Atco gas came and let me know I needed a new valve on my hot water tank. The pilot light would not stay on. The office staff member was very professional and said she would have a service person call me. Dan called within minutes. Once we had established the model needed, Dan said he would call and arrange to pick up the part. He called me back to say he had the part and the good news was it was under warranty. He had checked. Dan was able to supply and install the new valve. He was very thorough and explained about the use of that and caring for the tank. I was very impressed with service from beginning to end. I was also thrilled they were able to accommodate me on a Friday afternoon.
