Over many years, my wife and I have created standalone home theatres in both the US and Canada. Now back in Aurora, we recently decided to make the jump to Rogers Ignite while upgrading from URC to Control4. Given the complexities of the many changes from automated lighting to a full rack of components, we were nervous about the process and more so about finding a professional firm who would put customer service as their highest priority and completing the work to 100% satisfaction. Hamed and his team have, without exception, exceeded our expectations. Punctual, polite, clean and totally professional don’t go far enough to describe this company. Sadly, it’s rare to find a service partner who understands that the long game is all about keeping promises, being responsive and not saying “done” until the customer says “done”. I suggest that Homestars update their scoring rankings to include 10+! Like many people in this past year, the pandemic has resulted in my my wife and I working from our home offices with heavy use of video conferencing (Zoom, Facetime, Google Meet etc). Coupled with a significant increase in local internet traffic, we had been experiencing increasing lags and freezing at all times during the day & night - very disruptive! We contacted Adrian based on many of the Homestar reviews and WOW... HOME RUN!! Adrian provided all the hardware recommendations (switch, controller, access points and cabinet), installed and re-ran brand new Cat6 cables throughout our home. The fact that all this was done in new locations on all 3 floors without a single hole and no painting is nothing short of BRILLIANT. The immediate improvement in signal strength and speed everywhere in our home was immediate and significant. Phenomenal work, outstanding results, clean & tidy, polite, responsive and fair pricing. If you require the job being done RIGHT, this is your man!

First – a “HUGE THANK YOU” to Ed and Daniel for their time, expertise and patience in completing a major upgrade to my dedicated home theatre. Moving to 4k involved a complete equipment replacement (projector, receiver, DVD player, Apple TV and URC coding), rewiring and testing, testing and testing. This being our 5th theatre, I have a good deal of experience in working with AV specialists and confessed to Ed right up front that I am “over-the-top” particular about ensuring picture, sound and work quality. Ed visited our home and took all the time required to assess, explain options and provide recommendations to overcome obstacles and ensure that our expectations would be met or exceeded. No quotation and no pushy “close” routine. Ed clearly understands the consumer perspective and the importance of generating trust through knowledge and making achievable commitments through experience. As the project neared completion and following successful testing, I decided to add immersive speakers – not a straightforward task as it involved drilling through concrete walls and adding new wiring to the existing 7.1 configuration. Ed and Daniel brought to my attention a flaw in the original cabinet construction (not from EQ Audio) that if left unresolved, would undoubtedly have caused a failure in structural integrity and equipment damage. They immediately redirected their attention to fixing the problem – almost a full day of unscheduled work before proceeding. By any definition, I would call this WAY OVER THE TOP SERVICE! It is now 30 days since all work has been completed. Image and sound quality from our new system is spectacular. The result is worth every penny invested. The service, attention to detail and patience in dealing with a very fussy customer is, well… invaluable. Thanks again gentlemen for keeping promises. My wife and I are thrilled!

Over the past 5 years I've had the pleasure of working with Graham Robinson of Home Interiors on several occasions. First - to work with me in selecting, acquiring and installing an upgrade to our theatre. (I should add that our theatre is fairly sophisticated with a full rack of equipment, 120" electronic screen with front projector, Lutron lighting and all components with Universal automation). Most recently Graham was back to install our Apple TV and integrate this with our existing universal remote. The highest compliment I can provide is to say that I simply wouldn't have ANYONE ELSE touch our system! Graham follows up immediately on any issue, small or large. (In fact I've emailed him late in the evening and received a response back that same night). The combination of expertise, honestly, trust-worthyness and excellent value is pretty rare these days. Add to it someone who I would give my keys to and come back later in the day - extraordinary. Needless to say, I'd highly recommend Electronic Interiors to anyone who demands attention to detail and wants the assurance of follow-up service when required.
