I had 4 window panes that needed to be replaced due to moisture being trapped and the windows cracking. I found Dan on Kijiji and he gave me a same day quote based on photos I had sent and then came the following day to measure and confirm the price. The windows were made and installed within a week and the installation took under an hour. I was extremely impressed with the service they provided - not only were they fast in their turnaround, their price was competitive and they were extremely helpful and accommodating I would highly recommend these guys

Very satisfied with Slava at Alpina kitchens. He worked with us to create our dream kitchen and came in on budget and mostly on schedule. We were a little concerned with the installers they used since they had not worked with them before. There were a few small issues but they were dealt with promptly and professionally Thanks Slava

Bought 1/4 truck removal on groupon. Must've left 3 messages to book which were never returned so I should've known at that point this would be a problem! Eventually got someone on the phone and booked an appointment for today 2.30pm. Great. Sorted all the junk for collection and came home from work early. A total no show, no call, nothing. Have since left two messages and no response. Have requested a refund from groupon. Sad for them as I had way more than a 1/4 truck and it would have been a nice little job for them but I shall give my business to someone else.

We rent our a/c unit through Reliance and just yesterday we had no air circulation. I called this morning at 9am and Adam #6707 was at my home by 2pm to evaulate the problem. Turns out our furnace needed a new circuit board. Adam called around to find the part and was back again at 5.30pm and the repair was complete by 6pm. Adam also explained the costs and offered me their furnace and airconditioning coverage, which gave me an immediate discount on the cost of the fixing of the furnace I am very grateful to have the a/c back on line within one day and very pleased with the level of service by Adam today and also by Reliance on the whole

This place has a nice selection of tiles and reasonable prices however their customer service is appalling. We have returned to their store multiple times to purchase more of one set of tiles (after a contractor mishap) and on each occasion I've had to leave numerous messages for Aaron which are never returned until chased and chased. This week I've left messages on Thursday Friday Sunday and Monday and its now Tuesday and I haven't heard back. On another occasion we were told tiles in stock and arranged for our contractors to start based on this and then told although the tiles were "in stock" they were not at the store. Waited days and days for them and no follow up from the store at all. We have now found another retailer and won't be returning to Keramin- sad for them as we are renovating a house with 6 bathrooms!

A/C broke and contacted Reliance for a quote as well as other providers. John came over on a Sunday to review rental packages and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Installers came within 3 days and did a fast a professional job. They came in lower rates than 3 other quotes received for same A/C unit. My only complaint was that the installers were a bit late and I had to wait for them however when they arrived they were courteous and got the job done.

Called Abbey as saw they had good reviews on Homestars. Made an appointment and John came when he said he would. Had to remove part of the door to fix the lock but did the job very quickly. I would recommend their services.

We woke up in the midst of winter with no heat as our furnace had broken. Charlie came and spent all day fixing it, having to go back and forth to mississauga twice to get the parts and staying until 9pm until he had it working again. very impressed with Charlie and with this company overall. No hesitation to recomment them
