DO NOT USE this company. They start off really nice and then a nightmare. They are careless, the damage is endless and take no responsibility. They didn’t label most of the boxes and mixed oily liquids with clothing. Beds collapsing after they reassembled. Left garage behind everywhere. Many conversations and detailed. They left items behind, 3 car loads. The worse experience ever. They will turn the blame on the customer. Protect yourself. I was charged more than double than the quote and then add additional charged on top of that. A few of many pictures attached.

At Top Town Movers, we treat our customer belongings like our own inventory.
In addition, you were provided with packing and moving services. During this time, you were not present, and we have evidence regarding this matter. In addition, your inventory submission was incorrect which led the labour time to exceed the estimation emailed. We highly recommend all customers to submit correct inventory for an estimation. All items were taken care with caution, we take before and after pictures when we pack and move customers items to avoid misled information, those pictures can be attached for further evidence.
Lastly, we had sent 3 additional movers at no extra charge to complete your move. Our movers worked back-to-back to complete your packing and moving services. In addition, our movers worked 2 full days to complete the services provided to you (Packing and Moving). No damages were caused throughout your move, as to your email there was a table that needed assembling and that was completed.
