Nightmare Booking An Appointment
After multiple calls back and forth, emails, etc. I finally was able to book an appointment for my final energy audit. Incredibly frustrating! You need to invest in more operators or better still an online appointment booking system. On the positive side Joseph the auditor was great. Friendly and very professional.

They were prompt, professional and did good work. Just not used to paying $400 to $450 per hour for a plumber. Rate is getting up there with a Bay Street lawyer.
I would recommend Scott and Wall to Wall without hesitation. Top quality work, great to work with, very professional and reasonable pricing. He even did a few extras for us at no additional charge. On top of that a senior lady we know was having trouble finding a contractor to do flooring in a small room in her home. At our request Scott took that project on and promptly got her flooring installed. I would say this is truly going above and beyond!

We had a clog and Jeff came out very promptly and cleaned our chimney. He was very professional and was very helpful. It has been many years since our chimney been cleaned and I always worried about potential creosote build up. We have peace of mind knowing that it was not a creosote related problem.

The BurlOak team did an excellent job for us. Would definitely use them again (and recommend them). Professional, courteous, no surprise approach. Showed up on time, got the job done very efficiently and their care for our furniture and possessions was very evident. They came prepared to do the job - lots of protective blankets, straps to secure furniture in the truck and wardrobe boxes (included). BurlOak is one of the good guys in an industry that has a reputation for having some shady and careless operators.

We paid $5,000 for a front door and sidelite and within a year we noticed white spots where the green paint had come off. Spots are in multiple locations on the door, including obscure spots - so not a result of something hitting. Just poor paint adhesion. Fairview refuses to take responsibility and properly repaint door. Looks like we made a BIG mistake selecting them. Would NOT recommend using Fairview.
