Furnace not working on Sunday. Called for service and was quoted a good rate along with the name of the service person that would call me - Joe. He called not long after and told me exactly what the expected wait time would be then called again to say he would be there sooner. Showed up and went right to work explaining everything as he did it. Recommended a new thermostat and that was exactly the problem as I replaced it myself and the furnace worked. Joe was professional, worked quickly and gave me all sorts of great information. Sunday price was much better than another company I called first!
