I called them to remove raccoons, but they discovered we had mice, not raccoons. They set up poison traps in the attic and then capped our roof vents. The good: Nice guys, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, fast, efficient. Minor quibbles: They dropped some insulation from the attic onto the floor which they didn't clean up. The price seemed a bit high for mouse removal, as it was the same as for the anticipated raccoon removal. I'd likely use them again.
