Mario and his team did and excellent job, I would highly recommend MMT! I had a leak in my basement block foundation and I researched and contacted many contractors to come give me a quote. Mario was always available by phone or text. He was very easy to talk to and helped describe potential causes of the water ingress and options to fix the leak. He walked me through all the steps and what the best and worst case scenarios were, unlike other contractors who always pushed to sell the worst case scenario. Mario was always very patient with me and answered all my questions no matter how simple they may have been, he even helped me understand quotes I got from other contractors and how/why they were different. He is very punctual and calls if he is running late (unlike many contractors I know). When the MMT team arrived they were very professional and completed the 46ft of waterproofing in just 2 days. They were organized and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work and made sure the adjacent property was kept clean and tidy. It has now been 2.5 months since the repair was completed and with many heavy rainfalls afterwords I am thrilled to say my basement is DRY! Thank you MMT! 100% best work and for the price!

I took my time to look around and pick the right contractor to do my new drive & expansion. Beaver Paving had a very competitive price and their staff was super accommodating and honest. Fred (I assume is the owner) came by my place a few times to explain what some of my options were for edging and finishes to get the best results. While I was on vacation the crew came in and ripped out my old driveway and leveled it with new gravel. Few weeks later (when the weather was just right) Joe and his team came in to pave the driveway. The team was very professional and listened to all my concerns/requests. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the final product. They cut the curbs just like I asked, they added more gravel in places I asked, and they reset existing curbs as promised. The crew was large, accommodating, flexible, polite, and knowledgeable. I was impressed at how well everyone on the team was coordinated and knew exactly what their role was. Everyone on the team took care of my property as if it was their own. I believe Beaver Paving’s success is a reflection of their amazing team. I have no regrets and I am very happy with the look and finish of my new driveway. I would definitely recommend Beaver Paving to friends and family.
