When we unrolled a carpet that we had in storage we found a vulgar urine stain. Reliable was able clean the stain and completely remove the smell. Excellent pick-up and delivery service. 100% recommended.

I cannot recommend this company enough, they were quick and efficient (lucky for them as it was the day of the big wind storm) - installed eaves around the parameter of my house plus attached the downspout to a rain barrel effortlessly. Friendly thoughout and very accomodating.

Absolutely, phenomenal job done by Jim and his crew. It looks so much better than the wasteland that was before - Jim's crew are fast, efficient, effective, professional and best of all came under cost. I certainly would hire them again for future jobs.

A complicated job because most of the furniture was in place, however, Jozsef diligently and accurately sanded down and stained multiple rooms and a staircase. They did a masterful job and completed it in record time. My only concern is communication, as it was hard to get ahold of the company at times. However the staining and the sanding made it look like a brand new floor.

I had a few extras added and those were very affordable. He is quickly able to assess the scope of a job and stays within budget. Each day, he started work at 10a promptly and sticks to a timetable. WIthin two days of discovering that I had a large infestation of nasty bugs, I called Pesterminate Inc. The technician was able to come two days later and was able to clean the whole area from flying ants in about 40mins (still required 4hrs quarantine). So aside from having to clean up the dead bugs... excellent service and especially happy that it comes with a six month warranty. Highly knowledgable technician and was able to explain things that I did not know. Would strongly recommend his services again.

I am skeptical of many cleaning companies, but, Detailed Maids completely exceeded my expectations. Work started slow in the upstairs but that was the area with the heaviest furniture and most challenging corners. The crew worked deligently and did all sorts of extras while keeping within budget. When one of the crew had to leave to pick up her ___ she was replaced with another crew member. The owner insured that the work was kept under budget. Money is well spent and I am extremely happy with the deep cleaning. I am certain that I will hire this company again for my cleaning needs.

I had to change three locks, immediately John found a way to save money by re-keying the lock and have two locks on key. He is very professional, friendly and good natured. He came immediately the next day and even arrived early when I was in the shower. However, he persisted and rang again right at the designated time. Job took 1.5hrs and supplied me an ample supply of spares. If you are to choose any locksmith - choose John.
