I had posted my first review with my concerns a few weeks back. Alex, the owner, contacted me and came for examining the job and addressing my concerns. Later he came with his team and took care of all my concerns. He also installed two extra vents without charge. A few words about Alex: He is a man of character with valuable principals which is rare in any industry. I selected Reliable Roofers among 5 other companies that came for estimation just because Alex's personality and professionalism. I'm glad that I met Alex and selected his company.
