We reached out to Aire Max to install a Carrier central air-con unit in our home. Max recommended a 2-ton unit and provided both an estimated shipping date for the unit, and an installation-date for the job. Two days later, he conducted a site-inspection and provided a written quote taking into account the state of our existing HVAC connections, our panel wiring, and the intended location of the unit. Max and Reza (his assistant) arrived on the agreed date at the agreed time and completed the installation in 3 to 4 hours. After connecting the unit, they checked for leaks and inspected the furnace motor which required a re-calibration. Before they left, the unit was running smoothly and the in-door temperature was already cooling nicely. Throughout the job, Max & Reza answered all my questions, were open & personable, and also provided useful maintenance tips. All said, this was a very positive experience, and we are pleased with Aire Max’s professionalism and efficiency. We will be very comfortable calling Aire Max for all our future HVAC needs.
