Fixing Surround System after Internet provider Change
Story Time We had a store that we knew and worked with a few times over many years install a sound system into our newly renovated family room. It all worked and then we changed providers of internet and tv programming and phone. The system no longer connected. We reached out to the original provider to come help fix to the new provider equipment. They came they saw they left never to be heard from again. I then searched for a new provider. Thank you Aaron for being the provider who #1 Answered the call #2 Showed up! #3 Came to diagnose and see what was needed to complete the change #4 Who showed up to do the work and install what we needed. #5 Pivoted and went to get something we did not buy mistakenly for the install appointment #6 Finished the job perfectly #7 Made it all work seamlessly so we could enjoy our sound system! 100 Percent Recommend Aaron and Think Cinema. He was amazing to make us all happy to enjoy the system we have and I will 100 percent reach out for any changes or upgrades in future. Happy Happy Customers

You have a very lovely home and the recent reno to family room really deserved to have a functioning home theatre that you could feel happy about. It's a shame the original outfit couldn't deliver on that, but I also can't say we are that surprised. We see this kind of thing a lot from other companies.
