Met Mark and Adam yesterday (October 20/16) to install our new furnace. They were on time as promised. They started work right away until the furnace was properly installed. They weren't in a rush. They made sure it was done right. They treated our home as their own; they protected the floor and cleaned as they went along and were very respectful. The installation work was flawless. They worked hard and explained as they went along. The furnace was installed neatly i.e.. piping was tucked out of the way and aligned etc.; it was very professionally done; seen others but haven't seen guys complete their work this well and professionally. We would request for these guys again. We would definitely recommend this company to friends/family with a special request for Mark and Adam but we were informed that all their installers are just as good. I met Alex and Brandie a day before for diagnostic/quotes. both were great and gave professional advice; our overall experience with this company was very positive. Very happy with our choice of furnace.
