This is the second time we have Spring Home to replace our home appliance. A new furnace a couple years back and a new hot water tank this winter. Again, for reasons I couldn't recall, we have the job done in winter. Spring Home's crew came on time, They did the best to keep the job site clean and tidy and I only have to do very litter cleaning afterward. They fixed up some errors which the builder has left with us years ago. We are very happy with the job and the new hot water tank. The next job with Spring Home will probably be the HRV or air conditioner if they come to the end of their service life.

My furnace dies on me a week ago at night. I Called a local company and managed to get the furnace up temporary. The estimate for the repair is high and with the worry that other parts of the furnace might be failing in a year or two I decided to get a new one. I feel strange to see there are so many good reviews about them and all of them are with a score of 10. I called Cy and wanted to gather information about the furnace they carry. Cy was very patient regardless I was calling him late at night. Cy came to my house the next morning and explained everything to me in detail without rushing me to close the deal. The installation was scheduled after Christmas and now I have a new furnace. Now I know why they have so many positive reviews here at HomeStars. Reason is simple – they really deserve it. Cy is professional and knowledgeable. George calls me proactively to address my concerns. The installers are polite with smiley faces all the time. They take the time to do the job right and clean up the work areas afterward. The amazing part is that they have a post-installation questionnaire for me. To my surprise, Cy gave me a follow up call the next day after the installation. This shows Spring Home care about their business and their customers.
