refinishing of hardwood floors
Azores refinished our main floor and the floors of 2 upstairs bedrooms. They also removed existing hardwood from one part of the house and reinstalled it in an area of the dining room that was missing hardwood. They did an awesome job and I highly recommend them.
Watertite waterproofed our home. They came and worked everyday until the job was done. We have not have any water issues in the basement since the work was done. I can recommend them and have recommended them to friends.
Having been 'red tagged' (i.e. shut down) by Direct Energy (who kindly promptly gave us a quote at about double the going-rate) we contacted several heating firms to give us a quote to replace our 30+ year old boiler. Ketteringham quoted (on a Saturday morning) less than 2 other firms for the same boiler. They didn't try to sell us on the expensive high efficiency (which we ended up buying anyway) and were happy to quote on mid-eff & high-eff. They showed up when they said they would, worked until the job was done and came back promptly when an adjustment was needed. They were pleasant and professional to deal with. They know boilers. We will have them back when we renovate the basement.
