I come to most projects with questions—LOTS of questions. Kevin was a dream to deal with for someone like me—first of all, his website's knowledge base offers answers to so many questions. Second, for the questions I did have that were specific to my set-up, Kevin's responses were prompt, patient and thoughtful. He was clearly as interested in getting this right as I was. This was not the even close to the biggest-ticket item in our recent renovation, but it feels like it was the smartest decision we made. The work is exactly what I was expecting, and it's perfect.

The technician was friendly, informative and conscientious...but, after he left and our large sectional sofa dried, we could still see some stains. I followed up with 416-so-clean and the owner, Adel Majd, couldn't have been more accommodating! I explained that maybe those stains were permanent, and if that was the case, it wasn't his problem. He still insisted to come by and give it a second clean OR give me a full refund (and I didn't ask, he simply offered). Adel returned, gave it a second cleaning, and it's great! It's also the kind of customer service I simply don't encounter much these days.
