I found Dryshield when I was desperately looking for a contractor to address a moisture problem in the basement of my house. I called them, left a message and Jonathan returned my call promptly. We made an appointment and the treatment I received was professional and helpful. There was no talking down to me because I'm a female. Lots of contractors do this which is so insulting to women homeowners!! Other contractors had also scared me with different scenarios - each one of them more expensive than the other. When I received the task, I was unsatisfied with where a pipe was put. I called Jonathan and they addressed the issue immediately. Overall, it was great dealing with them. I am recommending them to my family and friends.
