Thanks to Colin, a problem we have been dealing with for over two years was solved! We had hired another company to take a look at our garage door last year and sadly, nothing changed. We were extremely frustrated and did not hold out a lot of hope. But when Colin arrived, he was thorough and checked all possible reasons why our garage door was behaving the way it was.
