An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
"I was a little hesitant to buy appliances from an online store. I was eventually persuaded by the fact that I could save more than $1000 on the four appliances I needed to buy versus going to Home Depot or Sears. (etc.) I then learned that they have a large fully stocked showroom and warehouse in Toronto. Overall, I was very pleased with this store. I did some research on the appliances and Canadian Appliance Source offered the best deals. The site was easy to navigate and they had all of the models I wanted. The service rep was very polite when I phoned. I received an email with my invoice instantly. They told me my 4 products would arrive within 3-5 business days. 4 days later I received a phone call telling me my items are in and ready to be delivered. We confirmed on a 2 hour window for arrival on Wednesday November 24th, and I was very pleased when they showed up 10 minutes early. I would recommend this seller to anyone and I would definitely buy from them again myself. "
