Tyler came to quote the same day called. We acquired other quotes, theirs being more reasonable than other companies.. Two days later, two men showed up just before the arranged start time. They replaced the water line from the city service to our home as it had sprung a leak. These gentlemen did a great job, were professional and left no mess. They laid drop cloths to keep the floor clean and shop vacuumed up where they had to drill through the foundation wall for the new line. Both men were experienced plumbers finishing the job in a day. We hired Shack Shine as it is now difficult for my husband to perform outside house washing. Landon was out within a few days to do and quote on the jobs. Each job is quoted on separately so you have the option of doing all or just some. He went over every aspect of the quote making sure that we understood what the exactly did and also that we covered everything we wanted done. Landon and Yuval, called 10 mins before set arrival time. They were punctual, personable and professional. Since Landon had done the quote he knew what was to be done, otherwise the quote would have been gone over again ensuring the job was done as required. They arrived at 8:00 AM and left approx 6:30 PM. Landon and Yuval started the job but Landon was called to another job, leaving Yuval to do yoman's work. He only stopped to eat his lunch and back at it he was. We had the house brush washed as it is vinyl, they do not use any soap products but the brush has 2 water spray holes in it so the vinyl was very clean when finished. The gutters were cleaned inside and washed on the inside. We had them wash the outside windows as well. Power washing was done to the garage to prep for painting. We also had the sidewalks and driveway done. They have a circular cleaning machine to do the walks. We had never used Shack Shine before. Yuval and Landon represented the company well in all aspects of the jobs estimated and performed and I would recommend them highly. As a matter of fact we have already book our time for them to come back next year! Thanks guys for jobs well done!

Upon recommendation of sales gentleman at Harvey's Furniture & Appliance Store I contacted Jason, owner of this family run company. Jason can repair most appliances but if he can't he will let you know. I trust his judgement and technical knowledge. Have had him service my appliances for years and will continue to do so. Jason and his team are friendly and reliable to deal with. Payment is taken once the job is finished and I have paid either by cheque or credit card. I have no problem recommending Solution Appliance Service to get the repair(s) done!

We ordered replacement windows through Renewal by Anderson of BC. From the start this company professionally provided us with complete information to enable us to make the decision of what we required for our home. Dealing with their staff was a pleasure Brooke was very knowledgeable with the presentation of products. Charlie, in charge of pre-measurement,order placement and installation, is very congenial. He is easy to work with, totally knowledgeable in the installation and exterior/interior finishing. His assistant, Marty, was very pleasant. The two complimented each other with strong work ethics. The installation took two and a half days to complete. At no time did they leave our home dirty. All carpets were covered with drop cloths, they vacuumed as they worked along keeping the dust to a minimum. Charlie and Marty did an excellent installation and cleanup, taking away all the old windows, old wood trim. There is only one thing at the end we have to do and that is to paint out the interior trim. I would like to thank Renewal by Anderson for providing us with excellent product, warranty and service. We highly recommend this company!
