We chose Landmark because we were impressed with the product from a previous installation. However, we are thoroughly frustrated trying to get our work completed. We had a new front door, a garden door and new windows installed. All projects were late. The doors were delayed 3 times and arrived over 3 months after promised! After a year since this project started we still have outstanding issues like missing screens, broken latches, a bowed door, and more. Now Landmark isn't responding to calls or emails.
