The top courses of our chimney had deteriorated significantly. We did not notice the problem until mid October when contractors are understandably very busy. Unlike a couple of supposed reputable companies who did not show up at the scheduled time to review the problem or called to cancel the appointment, Dave came at the arranged time and was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. He provided the estimate promptly and the work was even completed a week ahead of schedule. More courses than estimated had to be replaced and this work was done with no additional costs. The brick matches perfectly and we could not be happier with the results. We highly recommend Red Robin Masonry.
