By far our best experience with renos! Our basement was fully renovated (drywall, flooring, bathrooms, stairs, etc) in four weeks. This husband and wife team went above and beyond for us in so many ways. They were friendly, honest and hardworking, most days starting at 9AM and finishing at 7PM, and working Saturdays. We felt safe even with the pandemic because they wore masks while in our home (we didn't ask them to do this). And they are considerate, keeping everything clean and tidy. When they arrived they immediately taped up our floors, and at the end of every day, the bathroom was clean, cardboard on the floors wiped down, and work areas tidied up. They are knowledgeable. During the initial walk through, they asked if we were having problems with the kitchen drain. Turns out the homebuilder didn't install the pipes at a proper angle which was causing our drain to get clogged. After they repositioned the pipes, our drain now works perfectly. Their work is also clean and meticulous, and they demonstrate a good attention to detail. We also appreciated how accommodating they were, coming back a week after the project to install light fixtures that arrived late. And language was never an issue. We do not speak mandarin but we were able to communicate with their son (who is also a pleasure to work with!) or by using google translate if we needed to. We cannot emphasize enough how great they were and how positive our experience was. It truly was a pleasure working with them and we highly recommend them for any renovation project you have.

Chris came by and took a look at two cracks I had in my basement foundation. The cracks ran from my window to the basement floor. He walked around the house and told me what he would be doing to fix the problem. His quote beat all the other competitors that I spoke to. Chris's guys came early in the morning and started to work right away until the job was done - they finished the job in 5 hours! The work was done 4 months ago and I'm happy to report that my basement has been spot dry! Thanks Chris!

Wil came out to clean our ducts and he did an amazing job! The previous home owner had their ducts cleaned and Wil was able to show me all the places that they missed - he found pieces of tiles and scraps from the builder. Was very impressed with Joe and his team that I had my parents and in-laws ducts cleaned. Would definitely recommend going with Dial One for duct cleaning work.
