He identified the problem quickly, told me exactly what the job would cost and gave me a good sense of how long it would take. He then did the work more quickly than I expected. I needed to get the flat roof and the shingles on the roof of the main house replaced. I was very impressed by the level of service that Jason provided and his team provided. He was very helpful in walking me through what needed to be done and what my options were, taking the time to visit and show me first hand the problem spots. His quote was competitive and his team was ready when I was. Justin, Steve and their colleagues got everything done in two days, which went beyond my expectations. The site was left in good shape and the end result truly looks solid and professional. Thanks guys for taking such care in this project. I was very satisfied with how Charles and his crew handle what was a fairly stressful situation for my household. Charles put everything in writing and was very generous with my many questions/concerns. I was quite skeptical given previous bad experiences with contractors in other unrelated jobs. This was as stress-free an interaction as I could have hoped for, and that says a lot given the job that was involved.
