Since 1997, I have changed my residence 2 times and during this time period I have dealt with Direct Energy. Last Sunday my hot water tank stopped working and I called Direct Energy to fix the problem. I was informed that a technician will be coming next day around 11 AM. I was really frustrated and started looking for other companies for help. My neighbour gave me the number for Cosmopolitan Mechanical. The gentleman who answered my phone was very polite and ensured that someone will be at my residence with-in 1-2 hours time window. Fahim showed-up within an hour and offered to replace my 10 years old tank with high efficiency, energy efficient tank with much better rental rates and also offered me 2 months rent. He ensured me that they will replace it right away and I signed the paper work. After hour and a half, installer comes with the new tank and complete the installation in one hour and my taps were giving hot water again. Instead of waiting for direct energy for one whole day without hot water, I had my problem fixed in a few hours. I highly recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical for their fast, efficient and excellent customer service to everyone and will definitely be calling them in Spring to replace my Furnace and A/C.
