This company provides excellent customer service. A service appointment to assess/repair our furnace was scheduled immediately. Grace was informative and personable on the phone. When Alex arrived at our home he was professional, friendly and courteous. He understood what the issues were, was knowledgeable about the furnace, the parts and the warranties.
